For pride weekend of 2016, TAXI created a pop-up strip club at the Pride Street Fair on Church street. Throughout the weekend, almost 400 people got up to strip their clothes off on stage, donating what they take off and working their magic on the pole. Those that didn't want to strip were welcome to donate bags of clothing or "tip" their favourite performers. We not only designed and built the stage, but created underwear, tank tops, hats, and temporary tattoos. A mobile site, wild postings and a local street team also promoted the event.
